The ultimate in a customized step stool for toddlers and children makes a perfect Christening or Birthday gift for a new addition to your family or a friends family. It is sturdily constructed of 2 by 10 and 2 x 3 spruce or fir. It measures approximately 15" long by 9" wide and stands almost 9" high. The stool weighs nearly 9 pounds and is very stable due to the tapered and splayed legs.

The top is finished with 3 coats of polyurethane varnish and the legs have 2 coats of a high gloss durable paint over a coat of primer. All the paints and finishes are non-lead, non-toxic finishes for child safety. In addition, each leg has cork pads to prevent slipping or marring of the floor, again for the safety of your child.

The pictures show the approximate colors available. The stools are available with Royal Blue, Forest Green, Medium Rose, Vibrant Purple, Hot Pink, Spring Red, School Bus Yellow, or our NEW Mint Green legs and names. You may mix and match any two colors for the child's name and the legs. ONE option is to have the child's name in 2 or 3 colors of your choice. The colors will be rotated from one letter to the next. Just make note of it along with your choice of colors in the comments field on the order form. A brand NEW option is Stenciled figures located in two places on the stool top. The stencils can be in the same color as the name or in a different color. See below for the available stencils. Another OPTION is a stool with just a stain and varnish; no name. The stain is available in light, medium, or dark. Just state in the comments section which stain you want. (Please note that if you choose a Yellow name, we must stain the stool top in a light or medium stain so the name will be visible.)

There is a maximum name length of 10 letters; we will scale the name to fit the top of the stool. For most names, the letters will be approximately 2.5" high. See the Ordering page for quantity pricing.
