NOTE:
Handcrafting and finishing your order takes time; time to fabricate, sand, assemble, and apply the
finish. We apply as many as 4 coats of finish to most of our products and each coat needs time to cure
properly. So please bear with us and expect 3-6 weeks to get the finished items to you. Please be
especially aware of our lead times for anything needed by a specific date.
General:
- Quantity Discount: If you order
3 or more items, you may deduct $1.00 from the price of each item ($5.00 from each Mantle Clock).
- The shipping charge for Desk Sets is only $2.00 each if any other item is ordered.
- All orders must be prepaid in full.
- If in doubt how to calculate your final cost, please email us and we will
quickly return a final quote to you.
- We accept payments ONLY via Paypal [online at
www.paypal.com] or you may send us a Money Order or Check via postal mail.
- Personalized items are
non-refundable or exchangeable unless we mis-spelled the name. Names must
be spelled out on the order form in large block letters.
- Due to the custom made nature of our products, please allow at least 3-5 weeks for
delivery to you. Expect longer delivery times during holiday seasons.
- All colors and finishes described or portrayed
are approximate and you must expect variations from time to time due to the nature
of the raw wood materials and how they react to stains and finishes.
- All items will be shipped via Fedex or USPS, whichever is more appropriate for
the particular item and destination.
- Local or Regional customers may save on shipping charges. Please see the
Home page for more information.
- NOTE: If you want an item shipped directly to another person, please enter their name and address
in the "Comments" box at the item on the online order form, or for a postal order, on a separate paper
enclosed with the order.
If ordering online:
- Open the Online Order Form.
- Fill in the required address information.
- Fill in the required product information for each item in the order form.
- Verify that the order for the item(s) is correct, if so, "SUBMIT" the order.
- Your order now has been forwarded to us and we will log it in. However, we cannot
begin to fabricate your order until we receive payment via
PayPal (for credit cards)
or through postal mail in the form of a check or Money Order.
- Enter the PayPal website and enter your name, address and your bank information.
Enter a non-auction transaction through PayPal payable to
Woodshop@AV-Wood.com
.
- PayPal will notify us that you have submitted a payment and then we can begin to
craft your items.
If ordering via postal mail:
- Go to the Postal
Order Form and print it out,
- Fill in the color information for the item(s),
- Write in the child's name in UPPERCASE block letters,
- Enclose your check or Money Order for the total amount including shipping,
made out to Apple Valley Woodworks,
