We can work in nearly any species of wood at your request as well as most stains and finishes. Some of the custom projects we have completed in the past few years are shown below.

Keep in mind that unless you are able to pick up the item at our location, the shipping charges can become very significant. Example: we shipped a full size cradle to Atlanta 2 years ago and the UPS charges were $104.00.. The shipping rates have increased since then due to fuel costs.

The top two pictures are of a custom flute case we make for a local artisan who creates custom flutes. It is made of butternut, which is also called white walnut.

The burro is an example of a child's riding toy. There are many variations of this type of item for a young child. The end table is made of poplar, a moderately hard wood, stained to resemble colonial maple.

This is a full size child's cradle with a rocking option and a lock to prevent rocking when desired. This example is made of oak with no stain, just a rugged varnish finish. We have also made these in cherry with stain and varnish. We have made Barrister bookcases in oak and cherry with various stains and finishes.
